Sky Sports News choose DigiSHOW FireBLADE

FUTURESoftware Ltd is proud to announce that Sky Sports News HD have selected a special build version of their four out-put DigiSHOW FireBLADE to run the backdrops for their newly commissioned remote bureau studios.

Each of these bureau studios are now running a FireBLADE that allows them to easily playback the relevant background graphics on a main display whilst two further independent displays also play relevant graphics in camera during the broadcast.

The solution is quickly and easily updateable giving Sky Sports News HD the flexibility within these remote facilities to change the background locally or centrally to suit the broadcast. The multiple output nature of the DigiSHOW FireBLADE from one unit gives a solution that is more reliable as there are fewer components, saves physical space in the studio, and offers a cost of ownership saving. These are not the usual off the shelf products from FUTURESoftware Ltd who has done some additional bespoke development work to ensure that their FireBLADE fits exactly the specialist solution that is required.
